So today my dishwasher repair man arrived just before 9:30am and completed the installation of our new control panel.  Not too long afterward, we could hear the magical whirring sounds of the dishwasher as he tested it.  Oh the JOY!!!

No more rubber gloves, no more washing all the dishes 3 times or more per day….I’ve rejoined modern day living!!!

And there is no better time than right before the start of March Madness!

So, if you know my husband or if your husband is like mine, he pretty much watches sports….sports of almost any kind. He will definitely NOT watch men’s figure skating or soccer,…and he may occasionally watch golf if there are no other sports on to watch.  March Madness is the highlight of his year, and that is a severe understatement. So pretty much every year around this time we are watching, living, breathing, eating and sleeping college basketball…men’s college basketball, that is.

So even though the madness of March is approaching quickly…tomorrow, the first tip off is at 9am, I believe, and my house will soon be the center for all things March Madness for the next 3 weeks, I willl sleep just a little more soundly tonight to the gentle humming of my dishes being washed by the dishwasher.
